If you have to cut your own hair, cut tiny, tiny pieces. This is the absolute last resort, but if you have a flat plastic comb stuck in your hair, your only option might be to cut it out. Do this slowly and patiently so you don’t accidentally cut pieces of your hair. I recommend cutting the bristles of the brush. But if it’s a brush, breaking it might be more of a challenge.
